Products

Where are the products from?  >>

Our fish and seafood products are responsibly sourced from our partner community in Lubang, Mindoro.

What do each cuts of the fish mean?  >>

- Head: The fish head is split right in the middle. The most tender meat is usually found right behind the gills.

- Steak: Fish steak is a cross-section cut of the fish, cut across the bone.

- Fillet: The fillet is the boneless part of the fish cut in parallel to the bone. Fillets from a big fish can be cut further into smaller pieces.

- Belly: The belly is the most flavorful and thinnest part of the fillet, containing healthy fat.

- Tail: The tail is the fleshy back end of the fish and is usually split right in the middle.

Are they boneless?  >>

Fish bones, scales, and guts are removed by our partner community as part of post-harvest processing. This makes it more convenient to cook it with less preparation needed beforehand. However, for whole fishes, bones are not taken out to retain the form of the fish.

What does isdang bato mean?  >>

Isdang bato refers to a fish found in deeper waters and have redder meat than those in shallower waters.

What is the shelf life of the fish?  >>

The shelf life of our products is 1 year, as long as it is kept frozen. Packs are vacuum-sealed to help extend shelf life and freshness.

How can I cook the fish?  >>

- Head: stock/broth, soup, grill, or bake

- Panga: stock/broth, soup, grill, or bake

- Fillet: grill, bake, broil, pan-fry, poach

- Steak: grill, broil, pan-fry

- Belly: gill, pan-fry, saute, bake, roast

- Tail: stock/broth, soup, grill, or bake

Do you have any physical stores?  >>

We don't have physical stores as of the moment. However, you may find us at weekend markets and bazaars time to time. Follow our social media accounts to stay tuned for updates! :)

Tindagat SeaCrate Subscription

What is the SeaCrate 3-Month Trial Subscription  >>

This trial package offers safe delivery and a taste of what our subscription service has to offer. Each month for three months, you'll receive a carefully curated selection of 1.25kg mixed seafood, which includes some exclusive fish species and parts that are only available to subscribers, along with other popular options. Please note that the selection is randomly given to add a fun surprise to your package!

The subscription fee of Php 2,500 is paid only once before the start of the subscription. Delivery fee is included in the subscription fee.

Delivery  >>

Delivery will be every first and third weekend of the month. Delivery fee is included in the subscription fee.

When can I get my order delivered? >>

We normally dispatch orders every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. We will notify you on the day of delivery. Shall you have specific delivery windows due to availability, please message us so we can accommodate.

SeaCrate Subscription Payment >>

The subscription fee of Php 1,500 (Light Plan)/ Php 2,500 (Family Plan) is paid only once before the start of the subscription. Delivery fee is included in the subscription fee.

Payments will be handled through auto charge once you’ve subscribed and entered your payment details. This will run until your 12-month subscription ends.

We can deliver to areas in NCR and Greater Manila

- NCR: All Cities

- Bulacan: Marilao, Meycauayan, Obando , San Jose Del Monte

- Cavite: Bacoor, Imus

- Laguna: Biñan, San Pedro, Sta. Rosa

- Rizal: Antipolo, Cainta, San Mateo, Taytay

When can I get my order delivered?  >>

Deliveries will be done within 2-3 days from order placement. Please make sure that someone is available to accept deliveries.

How much is the delivery fee?  >>

We have a fixed delivery of Php 120 for all locations.

We accept the following modes of payment:

- Cards: Visa, Mastercard

- Direct debit: BPI, UBP, RCBC

- Over-the-counter: 7-Eleven, Cebuana

- eWallets: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, ShopeePay

What is your return and exchange policy?  >>

We promise to deliver to you quality seafood you can enjoy. If you need to return or exchange an item, or if there's an issue with your order, please contact us at hello@tindagat.ph as soon as possible, and we'll be happy to help.
